My wife and I stopped in to Power to look a Chevy Trailblazer. We saw one on the lot the night before. We made an appointment with Frank. Derrill was very pleasant and professional and did a great job of getting us into the vehicle we wanted, although being transferred to another rep because Frank was dealing with another appointment a little rude. One of the reasons I wanted to purchase a newer vehicle was to trade in our current vehicle and reduce my montly payments. We drove off with the vehicle we wanted,but saving only $3.00 per month. After spending 8 hours at the dealership, I felt like I did not accomplish what I had set out to do. We had a few glithces with our financing, trade pay offs,etc. The sign of a good dealer is how they handle problems. The GM Chuck and Finance Director Harry smoothed things over and even saved me a few dollars in the process. My wife is happy and loves the vehicle, and I think I may have to be in the market for a new truck soon! :o) More
