Jerry is the person that I deal with in the service department and he has gone above and beyond in taking care of any of my problems with my 2011 Chevy Tahoe... I have never had such satisfaction wit department and he has gone above and beyond in taking care of any of my problems with my 2011 Chevy Tahoe... I have never had such satisfaction with a Chevy Dealership. I still have issue with the discoloration of the carpet on the front passenger side but no one will admit there is a problem and I don't want the car torn apart to replace the carpet. Dealing with Sales was great. Frank Villilar is the man! Willy was also very helpful. This is the second vehicle we bought in the last 4 months. We returned thinking we would be getting the same great expe Willy was also very helpful. This is the second vehicle we bought in the last 4 months. We returned thinking we would be getting the same great experience. WRONG! Power's true colors showed through. They tout Customer Service as their top selling point. Funny, I don't remember consistent lying as a memorable quality of customer service! On the vehicle we bought, a rebate was due. I needed the rebate in two weeks, which they assured me was no problem. As it turns out it was a huge problem. When I tried to find out what was going on with the delay, I was now dealing with people I did not deal with on the purchase. Warning: stay clear of Daryll! This guy will lie through his teeth & won't return phone calls just so he doesn't have to deal with you, and he's a jerk to you on top of it! The finance guys kept telling me that they sent documents to my previous lender via FEDEX next day service. Then it was UPS. Then it was the US Postal service. None of which were true since the previous lender received nothing for 5 days. Come on guys...didn't you see Glen Gary Glen Ross? "The first rule, if you've worked a day in your life...Never open your mouth unless you know what the shot is!" The vehicle we purchased needed some repairs, which Frank set up with Jerry in service. Jerry was awesome and provided great mechanical service and outstanding customer service. If you want to buy a car there or get service done there, I highly recommend it. Just make sure you pay cash and do your own DMV paperwork, or else you'l be waiting, and waiting, and waiting. And don't ask questions unless you like being lied to. It's a good thing I wasn't forced to buy the true-coat! More

The Three Stooges and a Not-So-average Bear; a Tale of Morals! 4/5/12 - Enter scene: Late afternoon... The not-so-average bear, aka ME, contacts Power Chevrolet Valencia via email re a particular pre-owned truck. Chris Weible (pron. 'Why-Bull'), the Sales Manager of this facility responds to my inquiry that yes, this particular truck is available. I reply asking him to email me actual photographs of this truck, as none are available on their website. Chris responds that he will provide me with pictures in the morning and he inquires further that if I like what I see will I be willing to come out and see it. I respond: Yes. Close scene. 4/6/12 - Enter scene: Early morning... The not-so-average bear, aka ME, gets an email from a Frank Valilar, a 'Buy-Power Consultant' containing (2) photographs of the particular truck I inquired about. I could clearly see where this truck was parked and photographed on their lot due to the construction debris in the background *will be an important detail later*. Based on my research about the specs for this particular truck (coupled with my purpose for having a truck) the CarFax and the (2) photographs, I called Chris at 3pm and made an appointment to actually see this truck in person at 4pm. Chris told me to come on down! Close scene. 4/6/12 @3:51pm: When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by a Ramon, Chris and Frank (aka the 3 stooges) all of whom proceeded to tell me that they can't find the truck *rolling eyes*, that perhaps it went to their wholesale lot across the street. Chris instructed Frank to 'get a van' to drive me across the street to their wholesale lot to see it. Frank left to retrieve 'a van' and returned in the fanciest van I have ever seen! A fully loaded, double the price, fancy-schmancy truck with all the bells and whistles *insert: big fat eye roll and a gag!* Frank then instructed Ramon to take me over there to see the truck I inquired about. While driving over there, Ramon was inquiring about why I wanted a truck and what I thought about the one we were now driving in (can you say 'play me?') Of course you can! I digress... When we got to the wholesale lot, the truck I had asked to see was....hold on a minute... *shocking information coming up next* was.... NOT there! *GASP!* I loaded back into the fancy van... ahem... truck and headed back to the main lot. During our return drive Ramon professes that he will personally locate the truck I originally inquired about so I can see it. Upon my return to the main lot, the first two stooges: Chris 'Full-of-Bull' and Frank 'the F*rt' raced up to tell me that they were going to get the truck for me to view right away, but they also have others they can show me. *The Bear, Part I:* "I've come to see only one particular truck, I have two other trucks to look at elsewhere and you have 5 minutes to show it to me!" Off they scampered.... Back comes Chris: "We can't find the keys." The Bear, Part II: "You now have 3 minutes!" Off he scampers with an "Ok, ok, be right back." *Enter stage right, Frank the Fa*t: "Ma'am, the truck is over in recon and it's not done, they won't let me show it to you. And, you know, it only has an Extended Cab not a Crew Cab so I don't think it will work for you." (Mind you, I have never discussed anything about my needs or purpose for this truck with him or anyone there!) Frank the Fa*rt smiles: "Let me show you some others." BAM! Enter, center stage, 'THE BEAR': "Let me give you a piece of advice, Frank... when someone inquires about a particular vehicle and makes a specific appointment to come out to view it, after having been given actual photographs of said vehicle from that very morning, just mere hours ago, and being told it is available for viewing, do yourself a favor and have it here for them to see! I don't like being messed with and you just lost yourself a sale not only now, but in the future, as I will never frequent this dealership again! " Frank: "I'm very sorry Ma'am you have a great day." The Bear: "Oh, I will!" And I rode off into the sunset with my cold hard cash still in hand (yes folks, no financing here, it was a 1, 2, 3, all cash sale! IDIOTS!) And the moral of this story... HAVE SOME, Power Chevrolet Valencia! This isn't the 1950's and I'm NOT a stupid woman! And we, the public, have to wonder why car dealerships and car salesmen, in particular, have such bad reps? Look no further than these three stooges right here: Chris Weible, Frank Valilar and Ramon! The End! More
Wanted to take this opportunity to thank the professional staff at Power Chevrolet in Valencia, CA. I recently shopped around on the internet for a new, more economic and environmentally-friendly vehicle an staff at Power Chevrolet in Valencia, CA. I recently shopped around on the internet for a new, more economic and environmentally-friendly vehicle and found a Volt at Power Chevrolet that had many of the features I was looking for. Using Power Chevrolet’s internet service, I was put in contact with Mr. Willie Dalgran who quickly arranged a convenient appointment. As expected, Mr. Dalgran ensured the Volt was ready for viewing and a test drive when I arrived. More importantly, he was very knowledgeable about the technologically-advanced components of this vehicle and explained these features at a comfortable pace, and at a level I could easily understand, thus ensuring I felt confident about my choice before such a major investment. Mr. Dalgran and all the staff at Power Chevrolet were very friendly and attentive to my needs during the visit to their sales center. Because Power Chevrolet had the vehicle I wanted and great customer service, I bought the Volt. Mr. Dalgran and the staff made the purchasing process quick and easy as well. More
Frank was great. We would buy another car from him. I think GM should produce many more electric vehicles. Oil addiction is not good for America. I saw a truck online that I liked. I was going to go there to buy it,but the day was really rainy, and the dealership was well over a hundred miles away. I noticed another truck that i liked at a dealer there to buy it,but the day was really rainy, and the dealership was well over a hundred miles away. I noticed another truck that i liked at a dealership much closer to me, and considered buying it.It was about $1000.00 cheaper. Willie called me and said "If I drop the price $1000.00 would you be enticed to go come up here and buy it". We both knew that he had a better truck than the other one I considerd buying. I could not pass up on the deal. He gave me a great price and was very friendly, as well was the other members of the staff. After dealing with other sly, dishonest Dealers in the past, I might have given them somewhat of a hard time when certain subjects came up. But they understood where I was coming from, and were very courtious, respectfull, and explained the reasons for why certain things had to be done,in a clear way that made sense. Overall, I had a good time and would recommend Willie to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. More
We just leased a new car and couldn't be happier. We walked into the dealership with one thing on our minds, and that was to get a quote... we walked off with a car. The only reason we were able to do t walked into the dealership with one thing on our minds, and that was to get a quote... we walked off with a car. The only reason we were able to do this was because of the good deal they gave us on our trade. We did not feel like we were getting totally ripped off! They really worked with us. Willie was very very easy to work with from the get go. Not once did we feel like we were being taken advantage of or strung along. He was very receptive and helpful, he also really took the time to listen to our needs and did not push us in any way. We were very happy with him and how quickly the whole process went down. It did not take the whole day! We would definitely point people in Willie's direction if they are looking to buy or lease. Very pain-free process, and I love my new Equinox! ;) More
