We came in there to trade in our Tahoe for a new Chevy volt. The sales team was quick to ask us what we were interested in, showed us any vehicle that thy thought we may be interested and made sure we wal volt. Any questions we had they made sure they answered, and if they were unsure of the answer, they made sure to look into it before they answered. Rather then jut answering something they were unsure of just to get us out of there. They were persistent in offering their service if we had any further questions or concerns. When you walk in there you feel like you apart of a family, not just any family, but the CHEVY family. I would always recommend this dealership. More
I am very happy with my new Chevy Tahoe LTZ. Being a business owner and the proud mama of a two year old and a two month old I didn't have a lot of time to look for or negotiate for a car. I knew that I wanted and after a few emails back a forth with the Sales Manager James Booth about the LT model, a test drive of the LT (then deciding I wanted the LTZ- I'm a woman, of course I changed my mind!), re-crunching a few numbers and then doing it one more time for good measure I pulled away with exactly what I wanted for exactly what I wanted to pay. The time investment at the dealership was under two hours total from test drives to driving home and I feel very confident they will take good care of me and the maintenance of my vehicle for the duration of time I have it. Buying a car should be easy and stress free, at Power Chevrolet it is. My new Tahoe is the perfect vehicle for my growing family and the tax dollars from my buy went straight back to my community- Thank you Power Chevrolet for doing business in a fair and honest manner and for keeping SCV a great place to live! I know they need to make some money and earn customer business on each vehicle they sell. They make that clear up front. I respect them for that. It became clear that they wanted me to finance through them even though I was already pre approved for my small loan from another lender. They made it worth my while to change to their lender. We both came out ahead on the financing. The Certified Grand Sport I bought was so almost new that it came with very good warranty already so I initially declined the offer for an extended warranty. When the finance guy brought in the sales manager (sorry but I am not remembering their names) to sweeten the deal on the extended warranty, he was prompt to point out that he was the "last stop" on the warranty. He also offered to reduce the price a bit more than the finance guy was apparently authorized to do. I went for it because of the complexity of the car, the reduction in price of the warranty, the reduction in the interest rate, and the up front attitude of the manager and the finance guy. Mariano was a pleasure to work with as was everyone I encounterd in this transaction. I especially want to put in a good word for Gloria. Her phone skills and friendly nature were quite a pleasure in this fast paced business. Mariano picked me up at the airport since Power Chevrolet is approx 350 miles from my home. Thank you Mariano. The only complaint I have is regarding the Cars.com posting for this vehgicle. It was posted stating that it included a navigation system. It did not. Regardless, I am satisfied with the vehicle and the price I paid for it. On my trip back to Sacramento from Valencia that night, I discovered the vehicle has a very persitent and annoying rattle originating near the passenger door handle/button. With all the warranty coverage I have, I am anticipating minimal problems getting it fixed at one of my local Chevrolet dealers. Overall, it was a pleasant car buying experience. More

At first he was professional emailing me pictures of the vette and answering my questions. His unprofessionalism came out when I offered him 45k plus a trade-in for a 49k car. This is the response I received from such an unprofessional that Frank or Farhad is. "We appreciate your offer, however you will probably never own a zo6 with that approach and offer… thank you" I don’t think it’s a bad deal when I’m coming in all cash and driving from Arizona to purchase this Z06. Right? More

On Saturday morning, Nikki took my information and even told us where we could go for breakfast. We drove 40 miles from Agoura to go to Power Chevrolet. Within an hour, Nikki phoned me at the restaurant and said our car was ready. We walked back to a freshly cleaned Corvette! I am so pleased with the service we received I would recommend Power Chevrolet to everyone including family members. They treat you well! Thanks Jesse and Nikki. More

Such a sad state of affairs. This dealer went from top marks to the cellar almost overnight. The truck (Avalanche) they sold me is a lemon. A vehicle that has serious mechanical problems, yet they sold it marks to the cellar almost overnight. The truck (Avalanche) they sold me is a lemon. They will not do the right thing and repair it at no cost. This dealership does not stand behind their product. Well, of course caveat emptor...buyer beware. Well, fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I have given them several opportunities to make things right. They don't care about losing customers. Be prepare to lose many more, Power! I will definitely do my part to inform the unsuspecting public of the unscrupulous, underhanded tactics of this dealerhsip. Go somewhere else, anywhere else to purchase vehicle. If it wasn't for Jerry in the Sevice Dept. giving the only professional customer service, this place should be razed! More
