So just had a horrible experience with the sales managers. The sales rep Derek was great, but the bulldog ambush and low balling of my trade by the two sales managers tanked the sale. The managers tactics were horrible and insulting, would not recommend this dealership....not to mention the exhorbatant amount of time they took to even generate an offer sheet from the managers, I don't have 30 minutes to wait around, to have a manager BS on his cell phone with my paperwork in his hand.
