I made an appointment for an oil change. I showed up right on time and handed over the keys to my service advisor (Jerry Hicks). He was personable and answered all of my questions. Jerry reviewed the status of my vehicle and answered all of my questions. I paid the bill, which was reasonable for a dealership, and walked out to my vehicle. Jerry was honest and great. Needed an oil change and informed me I needed transmission and differential oil changed. At no point did I feel he was trying to upsell me.
