AutoNation Chevrolet Valencia

So I bought a 2024 chevy colorado, from the day I got truck it's leaking oil on my new concrete, thought it was condensation .Tried talking to sales manager who sold me car , he didn't want to talk to me truck it's leaking oil on my new concrete, thought it was condensation .Tried talking to sales manager who sold me car , he didn't want to talk to me. Service guy was okay but can't get to my new truck that I just bought from AutoNation Chevy valencia till Thursday. So now miss work to take truck , my new concrete stained and don't know how long I will be without a vehicle. They will be your best friend to sell you a vehicle then throw you under the rug once they get there sale. Beware... Update week and a half later they fixed rear main seal test drove truck and still leaking , so that wasn't the problem now they have to call chevy engineers to see if they can figure out problem. I found the Chevy Colorado that I was looking for online and made an appointment to have a phone call for more information on the truck, this was on a Sunday when the dealership was closed but I got a text and made an appointment to have a phone call for more information on the truck, this was on a Sunday when the dealership was closed but I got a text message about 10 minutes later confirming my appointment. I liked the fact that they responded so quickly. One thing I didn’t like was that they had some hidden packages tacked onto the price of the truck that were not listed online. When I initially mentioned it I was told the package could not be removed and it was a total of $1,400.00, this was frustrating because again it wasn’t listed on the website. The packages was to protect the interior/exterior of the vehicle, if there were stains on the seats they send someone out to clean or if dents or sap get on the exterior they remove them for up to 3 years.. this was not something I was interested in and they were initially telling me I had no choice if I wanted the truck. I ended up leaving because of this, I was upset that I drove 3 hours to find out there were hidden costs. After thinking for a bit I returned and asked again if they would consider removing the packages considering I drove so far and was happy to hear they agreed to remove the packages. Things were pretty smooth sailing for here on out, we did have to return the following day to complete the sale but I was very pleased with the 2 ladies who helped me, Irene and Michelle. Irene showed me everything I needed to know about my new 2023 Colorado and Machelle helped me pick out the best extended warranty packages that actually fit my likings. They have been very responsive and helpful during the process of buying my new truck. I was able to receive $500.00 for being a first responder and I really appreciated that! More
