Great customer service by Rahim, he showed me all the trucks that I was interested in. He was polite and not pushing like some dealerships. Thank you trucks that I was interested in. He was polite and not pushing like some dealerships. Thank you More

Located close enough for me to go from the San Fernando Valley. I have dealers closer, but I will never go back to them based upon their service departments. Autonation has a reasonably sized lot with pl Valley. I have dealers closer, but I will never go back to them based upon their service departments. Autonation has a reasonably sized lot with plenty of different Chevrolet vehicles to choose from. The showroom is clean and comfortable. The sales persons’ “offices” are on the showroom floor, you can escape if you want to; no feeling captive in an office closed off from public view. I was comfortable enough to walk away twice while deciding on a major purchase. My son bought his car from this dealership 10 months ago so I already knew they were pleasant to deal with. He just received his free first oil change. The service department is clean, the advisers are nice. Free coffee and water bottles, no snacks to keep you content because they don’t try to take forever servicing your vehicle - there’s a bit of a mall across the street anyway. They have a parts department in the service area where you can checkout items for your vehicle. Or you can wander around the lot and decide to trade in the vehicle you’ve been unhappy with. While we waited I was able to sit inside showroom cars and check out the interiors and comfort levels without anyone bothering me. Someone did approach and showed us the truck lineup I was looking at, but no pushy salesperson tactics. I left with a business card. When I came back the second time a month later, I took a test drive. I brought my trade in but I just couldn’t pull the trigger. It was going to be the most expensive car purchase for me and I’m not a spring chicken. Finance rates are not great even with excellent credit- it’s the state of the union and California. 2 hours of negotiating. I walked away. I checked rates with my credit union. Worse than GM. I checked rates with Autoland. They couldn’t get me a better trade in offer for my car or a better price for the truck. I cleared my car out and went back the next weekend and bought the truck. The offers were still honored and nothing new happened over the course of the week as far as lower rates. It still took a couple of hours to do all of the paperwork- it’s 2024 and nobody has managed to streamline the car buying process. Given that this is the second car my family has purchased in a year, I’m confident that if we stick with Chevy, we’ll definitely be back. More
I took my truck in for an oil change at 10 am and hot it back at 5 pm, way too long for an oil change. Also when I bought the truck the dealer made another key for me and now the key does not work and they back at 5 pm, way too long for an oil change. Also when I bought the truck the dealer made another key for me and now the key does not work and they want to charge me $326 for a new key when they should replace it for free since it was their new key that went bad, just bad customer service, also they did not rotate my tires as I was told is part of the service More
This has to be one of worst untrustworthy dealership I’ve ever dealt with in my 67 years. I went there on 6/4/24 to purchase a car. Upon arriving I informed the salesman that I was pre approved by Capital On ever dealt with in my 67 years. I went there on 6/4/24 to purchase a car. Upon arriving I informed the salesman that I was pre approved by Capital One financial and I did not want a credit score done. We discussed my trade in and what I wanted for it. The salesman returned and they offered $1800 below blue book. Stating that the car needed 2 tires and that would cost $500. I stated tires for a Hyundai Elantra don’t cost $500. After further discussion they agreed to pay me what I was asking for, for my trade in. We completed the purchase of the vehicle I wanted. A few days after the purchase I checked my credit history and discovered that they had done 4 hard pulls on my credit report. On 6/20/24 I received a payment letter from AutoNation Finance that they were the lien holder and that my payments here due on 7/19/24. I called AutoNation and was basically told to bad and if I didn’t like it to refinance with Capital One. Do not do business with AutoNation. More
I went for an oil change service and waited for 4. 5 hours. But the service advisor was polite and honest to apologized for the inconvenience and explained that they were short of technicians on that d 5 hours.
