Not a good experience overall in buying used Lexus. Salesman Holden was excellent, but Autonation's lack of disclosure is not helpful. After reading vehicle description and driving 3 hours to test drive, we were surprised to find serious paint delimitation of both side mirrors, and after signing contract to buy, we were advised there was only one key fob. These items are costing us over $600 to repair/replace. Sent emails to General Manager Chuck Coia and salesman, however only response was "vehicle price according to the condition...with OnePrice policy". No one from dealership spoke about lack of disclosure or the repairs need and parts missing. More

Don’t trust their website or employees.
