Overall, I had a very positive experience with Chevrolet Valencia. Although our circumstances were less than ideal, the staff, and specifically Lorenzo Garcia, worked extremely hard to not only facilitate t Valencia. Although our circumstances were less than ideal, the staff, and specifically Lorenzo Garcia, worked extremely hard to not only facilitate the significant repairs ($2300+) but more importantly to navigate the complexities of obtaining authorization from the warranty company. Without his proactive communication and continued diligence, we could have been stranded in Southern California possibly for a couple of weeks. And, he did all of this while deftly managing a frustrated and exhausted customer. More
