This has probably been the worst experience Ive had purchasing a vehicle from a dealer. My sales person Andy Aguello was the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with as far as making a deal pu purchasing a vehicle from a dealer. After driving almost 1 hour and 30 mins away I get to the dealership and check out the car just to realize when I open the door a huge tear on the driver seat which was not seen in the pictures I was sent and would of been nice for a heads up being driving over there from such a long distance.. Andy tells me the seat will get repaired about a week and a half later the seat gets repaired after the deal was made and my down payment was taken. I had to contact the dealer myself to see if the car was ready and Andy had also mentioned delivery of the vehicle for the inconvenience.. Which didn't happen I had to drive back to Valencia to pick up the car and Andy was out of the office that day.. I do appreciate Gabe from finance though he was very helpful and sold me this extended warranty that came in clutch right now due to having issues with the vehicle already after only having it for a month or so.. Usually after purchasing a vehicle you receive a courtesy call from the salesman too follow up and see how the vehicle is working out for you .. But unfortunately I didnt get that here at Auto Nation Valencia Chevrolet.. I would NOT recommend this dealer and would tell you to take your business elsewhere .. More

1st, the service department is very unprofessional and unorganized. When you walk in, nobody cares to greet you or ask if they can help you. I as a customer shouldn’t have to run around hunting service advisors for help, when you find a service advisor, they’re either to busy to help and pass you to another advisor who is also to busy to help, they refused me service twice for not having a appointment which is ridiculous. 2nd, my needs with the vehicle still haven’t been met. The radio hasn’t been fixed, my experience with this dealership was so terrible I do t want to go back. More
