I made the service appointment with Frankel Cadillac a week before and I got an appointment time to arrive. I was greatly surprised when I arrived at Frankel Cadillac to find it closed. I called the numb week before and I got an appointment time to arrive. I was greatly surprised when I arrived at Frankel Cadillac to find it closed. I called the number on my appointment text to find out that Auto Nation was handling the service requests. It was only about 1/2 miles to get there and the receptionist was very polite. When I arrived at Auto Nation I saw Greg who was my service rep from Frankel. I was immediately put at ease because he took good care of my vehicle at Frankel. He took my vehicle in and when he discovered it was going to take longer than anticipated because of additional work need, he provided a way back home. The next day Hannibal arranged a vehicle to pick me up to get my Cadillac XTS. Greg even found a way to reduce my costs for the repairs by providing alternative cost reducing options. The customer service room was clean and comfortable. More
