AutoNation Chevrolet Timonium - Service Center

The estimate I received in the morning for needed service on my Chevrolet Cruz was nearly $450 below the final charge I had to pay upon completion of the service, At no time during the day was I contacted b on my Chevrolet Cruz was nearly $450 below the final charge I had to pay upon completion of the service, At no time during the day was I contacted by phone, text, or email regarding the increased cost. When I picked up my car at the end of the day I was confronted with a large bill that I had to pay on the spot if I wanted to have my keys returned. The staff made no apology. This is just the latest in problems I have had with this dealership. More

Set my appointment online and was able to get my truck serviced almost immediately. I will say if you are looking to get that super VIP service ask for Gregory Roper. I find the dealership very unfriendly, cold and unresponsive. I received my usual warm welcome from Hannibal at check-in and Greg Winebrenner was his usual competent self as to let me know what my unresponsive. Greg and Hannibal are the best! !! This location just does not have the Cadillac feel. The waiting area is small and not socially distance friendly. There are no outside signs direct !!
