I am dissatisfied with the service I received today. The cost estimate I received in the morning was nearly $450 less than the final charge that I had to pay upon demand at the end of the day. At no time had I been notified in advance, by a phone call, text, or email, of the increased cost I would have to pay when I came in to pick up my car. What if I had not had the funds in my checking account or a credit card?? Thank goodness I did have the backup funds to handle this unexpected charge. -- And when my car was returned to me, the date and time on the dashboard were totally off.
