If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I had a appointment for 7am on October 4th to get service done on my 2017 honda accord that I purchased with a extended warranty a year ago. After dropping off my vehicle I called around 11 am to get a update, he says..... we didn't put it in the shop yet. I waited til 330pm and called back, he then says... oh well sir we can't look at it today, maybe tommorow. This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Where is the communication?? I took off work to be treated like this! Don't ever come here. More
