I can only comment on my experience with 3rd party warranty service. It took 2 weeks just to get an authorization for service. Keep in mind I bought this warranty from the dealership. I also have rent warranty service. It took 2 weeks just to get an authorization for service. Keep in mind I bought this warranty from the dealership. I also have rental car as part of my warranty, but they only authorized 2 days worth. Again, two weeks after I dropped off my car. They did good work once the part arrived but it was poor communication throughout. The service manager was very helpful though in addressing the tech, so I would give them another chance. More

Once Again From start to finish <~~~> I made an Appointment and they fit me in within a week. I was Greeted and the process started and I waited for my Oil change and the Job was finished withi Appointment and they fit me in within a week.
