Service after sale does not exsist I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased a car from them. I bought a 2007 Pacifica, very nice car as far as being clean and well taken I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased a car from them. I bought a 2007 Pacifica, very nice car as far as being clean and well taken care of on the outside. The sales person was wonderful, the person who drew up the paperwork was great. But that's where it ended. I purchased an additional warranty over and above the 60 day warranty that comes with the purchase, bumper to bumper warranty, and to the tune of 2900.00 an additional 24 month bumper to bumper warranty. When the warranties, both the 60 day and the 24 month where explained they where made to sound amazing.... what's that saying, to good to be true.... and it was. I drove the car for two days, we had our family mechanic check it and it needed the rear gasket replaced on the differential, and in addition to that half of the dash lights don't work. They said they would check them. After several days in their shop they determine they could not fix the gasket and would have to send it to Dodge, so they did. When it was finally ready to pick up after several phone calls, I asked Corey, the service manager if the lights where fix, he argued with me and said there was nothing wrong with them, I asked him to humor me before I picked it up and to double check them. Well, guess what, he called my friend and told him oops guess they don't work. He said it didn't fall under the 60 days warranty I had to wait for the extended warranty to kick in before it would be covered. I am so tired of the bull that I am being feed, I feel like I have a stamp on my forehead that says stupid. So since I bought the car a month ago and drove it for two days I stopped to pick it up with the full intention of setting up an appointment in lets see I guess 30 days because the bumper to bumper warranty doesn't cover anything, but was told to just call back closer to the time that it would fall under the second warranty.. As I was getting ready to leave the lot I walked out to the car that they had pulled around front for me and as I was getting into the car I notice the check engine light was on. I went back into the showroom, the man who drove the car up came out with me and said yes its the check engine light, go ahead and drive it, we can check it if it doesn't go off. I said it wasn't on when I brought the car in. He said just drive it and see what happens. Wish I could tell you that it has been a wonderful experience but sadly not. I do sales for a living, I would never give such little regard to my customers after sales, because I want them to come back and I want them to tell people how happy they where. Maybe these guys have so little competition that they don't have to worry about repeat customers. So, at this point, I would say stay far, far away from them and any car they sell. If they correct what I consider a short coming on customer service and actual do what their warranties say I will more then glad to provide an updated review. Greatly unsatisfied customer, Heidi More

The worst service center I have had dealings with. I have been in two times regarding a 2008 Yukon XL I purchased from automation. First time was for a key and remote entry promised at time of sale. The second was three warranty issues on a warranty package I purchased for about $2,000.00. Now they want to charge me $110.00 for each item for diagnostic time plus my $100.00 deductible which I am aware of. It must take them a long time to plug the machine in. What a scam rip off. I will never set foot on any of there lots for sales or service again. Thanks autonation Chevrolet for for the terrible customer service I'll be sure to let everyone I know about it. More

Alex, treated me & my wife with total honesty and was very helpful in trying all kinds of fixes. They ended up reprogramming the computer to delete the flex fuel out of computer. I sure appreciate all what they did and will continue to use them in the future. Thanks again, Alex and Service Department & Technicians. Okay, I wrote this email to GM after they confirmed I actually spent ove r$12,000. SERVICE STABILITRAC & SERVICE TRACTION CONTROL LIGHTS ON TAKING DEALERSHIPS EVERY 4 WEEKS TO REBOOT OR RESET COMPUTER, 4 DEALERSHIPS DO NOT WHAT THE PROBLEM REPLACEMENT . Finally, Autonation fixed my Service Stabilitrac & Traction Control. Camp Chevrolet replaced TRANSMISSION,BCM,HUBS,BATTERY, SENSORS, GAS SAYS ETHANOL OVER 40%, BUT FILL UP AT NON ETHANOL GAS STATIONS? ETC. AFTER $12,000 SPENT - STILL SERVICE STABILITRAC & TRACTION CONTROL LIGHTS COMES 2007 GMC YUKON SLT. Finally, Autonation fixed it, thanks again, Alex and Service Department & Technicians. I am not one to ever write reviews EVER... but after the service I received from this place over the last couple weeks absolutely blew my mind and I really felt like I needed to share my experience with oth service I received from this place over the last couple weeks absolutely blew my mind and I really felt like I needed to share my experience with others. I have a 2011 chevy cruse all of a sudden it was not starting and saying service theft. long story short I could not get my car to start and had to have it towed. On star sent out road side assistance and they towed my car down to auto nation. They received my car on Thursaday Feb 27th. and I did not get it back till march. 11th!!!! I have never received such bad customer service in my life! Come to find out my car needed a new key so that it would start.. When I first ordered the key the guys told me that they did not know if getting a key was what they needed to try first. I got told different thing by different people the whole time my car was there. One guy told me that I had to b buy 2 keys and that it would take about 4 days to get there... I did not have the money to replace 2 keys so I was talking to someone else and he told me I only HAD to get one key and that it could be next day shipped. This is what I was told on friday an was told my car would be done no later than tuesday. Well sometime over the weekend my car got hit while it was there...I am a VERY easy going person yes I was still upset about my car being hit but did not make a huge deal out of it. I never received a call over the weekend to let me know my car got hit... I called monday to make sure my key had been ordered and again no one informed me of my car being hit at this time either, they had just said they were still waiting for the key and the car would be done wednesday. So... wednesday I called and no one is really telling me anything besides they know that they were waiting for the key but she wasn't sure if the key had came in and she would have my service tech would call me back.. after a couple hours of not hearing anything i called back and they got the manager on the phone and that is when he said your key came in and the car is started and running fine but over the weekend your car got hit and it is having to go to the shop to have its bumper and trunk replaced. I got upset and he said "we are fixing it, you can drop it back off to get fixed at a more convienient time" .... like really?? its never gonna be convenient! so I continued to wait for my car they had said it will be ready tuesday... I went in there to pick up my car and they said the total was $389.00 for a key.. not to mention I don't feel like I should have had to pay anything!!! they wrecked my car I had to go without a car for days... and because of something they did!! and to top it all off I went outside to look over that car and there is a 6inch. deep scratch in the trunk and I said WHAT IS THAT? and he said "THAT MUST OF ALREADY BEEN THERE" WHAT????? how do u figure when u just had told me u had to replace the bumper and the trunk??? sorry for the long story but I felt that needed to be shared!!! thanks!!! A VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!!!!! and they will know who I am!!!!!! More
Out standing !!! These guys went the extra mile for me . I called last minute for my trucks first service . I had to drive out of town for work emergency . I took my vehicle in due to a re-call notice and was treated as though I had been a life long customer. The service was exceptional the associate that helped me was very personable and advised me as to treated as though I had been a life long customer. The service was exceptional the associate that helped me was very personable and advised me as to what to watch out for as far as tire wear and the importance of tire rotations on 4x4's. The repair service on my window switch was done in a very timely manner and my vehicle was even washed before I picked it up! I normally wouldn't have considered taking my rig into the dealership for an oil change but because of the wonderful service I received today I already have an appointment to have the oil done. I will be recommending Auto Nation Chevrolet in Spokane Valley! More
