I took my truck in to have a factory remote start kit just programmed. They never gave me a written estimate or told me how much it was going to cost and then after one hour of labor they charged me $300 just programmed. When going to pickup my vehicle they hadn’t run my warranty through the system after going for consistent maintenance for almost four years. They confused my vehicle with someone else’s and tried to t warranty through the system after going for consistent maintenance for almost four years. They confused my vehicle with someone else’s and tried to tell me my engine was shot, had to point out to the guy helping me that he was wrong and he wasn’t very kind about it. After spending over $1,100 i would say it was a very frustrating experience having things wrong with my vehicle and not having proper communication or follow through with protocols. More
Purchase process was easy and straightforward. Fair price no haggling, easy transaction.
