AutoNation Chevrolet Spokane Valley - Service Center

I took my car in for recall work for which Chevy provided a rental car. But the dealer didn't have the parts needed and rather than taking 3 days, the work took two weeks! I live over 100 miles away, so thei a rental car. But the dealer didn't have the parts needed and rather than taking 3 days, the work took two weeks! I live over 100 miles away, so their mistake ended up costing me an additional $330 in insurance for the rental. They were not willing to reimburse me for the additional expenses. In fact, it seemed they made little effort to take responsibility for their error. All they had to do was call me the night before I made the trip and postpone my service! But they didn't. I spoke to them on the phone numerous times about this, and only once did they return a call from me, despite assuring me they would get back to me. It's been over a month now, so I guess I just have to give up. I purchased the car from them, but I will never do business here again. No integrity, so it's clear to me I can't trust them with my business. More

I had what seemed like an endless chain of check engine lights, they came on after every repair for something new. The Service manager Tony went out of his way to help me understand the repairs and to get lights, they came on after every repair for something new.
