I have always rated the service as a five in the past, but this time I was greatly disappointed in the service. We made an appointment for an oil change and installation of a cabin filter. When we got t but this time I was greatly disappointed in the service. We made an appointment for an oil change and installation of a cabin filter. When we got there the work order had a charge of $38 for the cabin filter. I was told that it was a mistake and that it was really $68. After waiting for two hours for the oil change, I was told that they didn't have a cabin air filter and that it would take another 50 minutes to get one and then additional time to install it. I was also told that the price had gone up to $98. When I questioned why all of the different prices, I was told that inflation has caused everything to increase in cost. Needless to say when you start out at $38 and end up at $98 you would question what is really happening. One would also think that someone in the service department would make sure that there was a filter available for when the vehicle was brought in for service. When I was told that they needed to send out for the cabin air filter, I told them to just forget it because I didn't want to wait around for another 1 1/2 hours. They then said to give them five minutes to complete the paperwork. After waiting another 30 minutes i went to the desk to find out what was happening. The person said he would call to check and see where the car was. Needless to say I was not told the truth about it only taking five minutes to complete the paperwork. The car was still in the service area. I'm sorry for the poor review, but I cannot tolerate the lack of information about what was happening, the different prices for the filter, taking that long to complete an oil change, and not being told the truth. Staff is very friendly. Sales people are wonderful. But service work is a little disappointing. I expressed concern about my front passenger tire having a nail. My tires were rotated. Now the tire is on rear passenger side and I have found nail they couldn't find. Unfortunately this is 2nd bad experience with service. First time I had to take car back after oil filter was not tightened and was leaking oil for my first oil change on my new car. More
I brought my 2013 Chevy Silverado pick up in for a factory recall on the passenger air bag. Having not been in this Service department before I was unsure who to approach to get things started. Once I was directed to the service writer I was greeted with a smile and helped right away. I was told that I would receive a phone call when my truck was ready. That didn't happen. I contacted the svc dept. at the end of the day and was told that it was ready. When I arrived to pick up my truck I was surprised to find out that they were going charge me a 92.00 labor fee. That was quickly corrected and after receiving a no charge invoice i was on my way. It was a pleasant overall experience. More

Scheduled to have recall work done, but they didn't have the airbag in stock so now I have to reschedule again, to take the truck back. A little frustrating, why would they schedule to look at the recall w the airbag in stock so now I have to reschedule again, to take the truck back.
