I brought my 2013 Chevy Silverado pick up in for a factory recall on the passenger air bag. Having not been in this Service department before I was unsure who to approach to get things started. Once factory recall on the passenger air bag. Having not been in this Service department before I was unsure who to approach to get things started. Once I was directed to the service writer I was greeted with a smile and helped right away. I was told that I would receive a phone call when my truck was ready. That didn't happen. I contacted the svc dept. at the end of the day and was told that it was ready. When I arrived to pick up my truck I was surprised to find out that they were going charge me a 92.00 labor fee. That was quickly corrected and after receiving a no charge invoice i was on my way. It was a pleasant overall experience. More

Scheduled to have recall work done, but they didn't have the airbag in stock so now I have to reschedule again, to take the truck back. A little frustrating, why would they schedule to look at the recall w the airbag in stock so now I have to reschedule again, to take the truck back. Our service representative was very friendly and helpful. However, the customer service phone individual was the most rude and obnoxious person I’ve ever spoken too. She tried to refuse services that were c However, the customer service phone individual was the most rude and obnoxious person I’ve ever spoken too. She tried to refuse services that were covered by warranty and through company policy. Then refused to transfer the call to a manager. If we didn’t have to use the service to keep our warranty our vehicle would have went elsewhere. I will not purchase my next vehicle from here. Customer service and maintenance has been a nightmare More
