I took my new to me 2016 Z06 Corvette to them for a safety inspection and they got me right in. Once up on the rack they gave it a real good looking over and said it was in great shape. This dealership took more than three weeks to get an appointment. I had my car towed down The day before my hair appointment and the Service riders directed the tow truck driver to Parkette on the stree appointment. The day of my appointment I heard nothing from the dealership. So that evening I called them. They told me that I did bring me in my car for the appointment And they would have to reschedule. I spoke with multiple people and everyone had a different story. Eventually they realize they did have my car….The experience continue to deteriorate from there. More
