I recently had service done at AutoNation Chevrolet in Spokane Valley. I was frustrated over the past service I had received. The service rider, Darren, was absolutely outstanding. Darren was not only helpful in solving my problem, but made the process easy as though it was no big deal to him whatsoever. Friendly and professional to work with. They had my car for several weeks (big repair) but I received regular communications updating status of the repair. The vehicle was ready and done on exactly the day they estimated when I first dropped it off. After all said and done it was a good experience and what makes it even better is that most of the bill was covered under warranty. More
Got my Truck in right away, They were very Polite and helpful. They keep it clean when they bring you your vehicle it had plastic on the seats and Paper covering the floor so as not to get your ride dirt helpful. Arrived at 7 am and was greeted by RUDE Gary, asked me if I ordered the part or have my own I said well I told her what size hitch you guys are to have the part, he says well that's just a call center did u call here to order the parts, uh no why would I do this I ordered them when I scheduled, well they don't know what they are doing I don't know if we have your parts I'm here by myself parts don't open until 8am, I ask why am I here at 7 if parts don't open until 8, I ask don't u check before an appt if u have the parts he tells us they are too busy for that at 530 pm closing up they only see things a couple days ahead. Bree calls me at 8am appx., no parts tells me it's just a quote I needed to order parts and I never paid. I'm tell her what the xxxx are u talking about I have never ordered the parts and paid EVER, before the work u all do that- no one told me any of this, well u called Vegas not us, I called your local number during business hours, more arguing I hung up went and got car talked to manager said never doing business here again, he apologized I said this was my sons gift he said the Vegas people should have explained it better- this is an INCOMPETENT BUSINESS WITH RUDE EMPLOYEES, manager was not rude if anything I was rude to him I had enough ! More
Made an appointment for a transmission issue. Arrived at the dealer service department and was told I did not have an appointment. I would have preferred to have been notified before taking time out of my day to drive to the dealership. Was asked if I would like to reschedule. No thank you I have been to your service department twice whith out my car being looked at. Will not be back. More
Once again this service department took our service request at the ‘last minute’ and had us ‘out the door’ in an hour. Stephen and the service team are the best!
