They tried to sell us cars that wasn't even close to what we were looking for and even showed a little pressure to buy on the spot. Don’t buy here. This dealership is a prime example of why car salesmen have a bad reputation. I bought a 2007 Toyota Camry with 120,000 miles for my daughter and 4 This dealership is a prime example of why car salesmen have a bad reputation. I bought a 2007 Toyota Camry with 120,000 miles for my daughter and 4 months later the engine died. $11,300 for the car and four months later $4,500 for a used engine. The two men I spoke with at the dealership both said “Toyota’s don’t die at 120,000 miles” yet refused to work with me to make the situation right. No discount on repairs, absolutely nothing. Take your money elsewhere. Shame on you AutoNation More
I can only comment on my experience with 3rd party warranty service. It took 2 weeks just to get an authorization for service. Keep in mind I bought this warranty from the dealership. I also have rental car as part of my warranty, but they only authorized 2 days worth. Again, two weeks after I dropped off my car. They did good work once the part arrived but it was poor communication throughout. The service manager was very helpful though in addressing the tech, so I would give them another chance. More

I rarely leave reviews, especially if they are negative, but feel sharing my experience at AutoNation Chevrolet will hopefully help someone not be taken advantage of. I did give Devin, AutoNation Chevrolet but feel sharing my experience at AutoNation Chevrolet will hopefully help someone not be taken advantage of. I did give Devin, AutoNation Chevrolet General Manager, opportunities to correct a wrong but the statement repeated about my experience with the dealership was ‘All I can do is take this situation as a learning experience”. Unfortunately when this happens at an established dealership, all involved are well past “the learning experience stage” and most likely use this type of deception on a regular basis. We purchased a truck on a Saturday but had an issue with a feature and felt it was never explained properly. We decided to go back to the dealership and purchased a truck with the features we wanted. Everything went great but 7 days after the purchase our salesman called asking us to call coke, the finance guy. I told Andrea, our salesman, Cole should be calling me, not me him. I did end up calling Cole and was asked if I received his email about a financial issue and told him no. He proceeded to tell me the financing had an issue but he did find us financing but at 1.5% more and for months. He said the original bank would have financed but they wanted $4000 down. He assumed we would just come in and sign the new contract because as he said “ What is $40 extra dollars a month”? At that time he should have advised us of our options, I.e. bring the truck back and get our trade and any monies we put down. I did go in and told them we were not paying a penny more, especially since they tried to deceive us, Yo-yo financing anf bushing. I left with our truck and went to another dealership in Idaho, where we purchased the truck we wanted. We had privacy tint put on the truck we took back and was told they would not reimburse us for the $160 we spent. Devin, AutoNation Chevrolet general manager, would not return multiple emails we sent. Our issue is the dealership was okay with us paying an additional $4000 and more months but when they were confronted chose the easy route out. I hope this helps someone in the future. More
