I have bought two cars at AutoNation one approximately six years ago one in February 2021. Definitely liked the no hassle buying experience sales people are great however if you need work on your vehicle six years ago one in February 2021. I stopped in there on Sunday because I have no to very little heat in my vehicle. We are currently going through an extremely bad cold snap with temperatures as low as 2 highs in the 20s and I was told it didn’t warrant an emergency, so I would not be given a rental car. My car is a 2021 vehicle with less than 7000 miles on it that I paid a substantial amount of money for and yet I’m currently wearing a jacket gloves and a hat to be able to even travel in it. I understand it’s a new vehicle so the parts going to take a little while to get here but if iced up windshields and putting children in a freezing car doesn’t warrant the need for a rental I don’t know what would. I was finally given a rental when I stormed into the office because my check engine light was on and demanded one I told them I was no longer driving his car and risking blowing it up because they couldn’t give me a rental.This will be the last car I buy here. Again nothing against the sales department, but the services department has cost them what would have been a loyal life long customer. I wrote this on their Facebook page about a month ago and they swore if I emailed their complaint department it would’ve been resolved. So I will update you what has happened basically in the last 30 days I did call Chevrolet again finally got a person who was very empathetic and decided to work my case. They contacted AutoNation set up coordination with a specialty parts person and eventually my part arrived. They called me this week to tell me my part was in but they weren’t sure when they would be able to install it due to lack of technicians completely understandable. I called on Wednesday to check on my car and a house it would be done and they told me if I could have it up there Friday morning by 8 AM they would most likely have it done by Friday. My response xxx, my car has been on your lot since January 12, what do you mean bring it in. to this day I have never once heard back from AutoNation Chevrolet despite me emailing them posting a Facebook review and I was being contacted by their sales department because I was looking for a car for my daughter before all this went down and every time a sales person would message me I would explain I would never buy a car from them again and the reason why and still nobody reached out to me. In the time my car sat on their lot which was a month I was called by them once to tell me my car was done. I called them atleaat 20 times. I also have no doubt in my mind my car would’ve never gotten fixed had I not called Chevy and found out how to get the part to them sooner. In the time that my car was on the lot I purchased another car for my daughter at Mike White Ford which I highly recommend awesome customer service and the service department has been amazing. Oh yeah don’t let the name fool you we bought a Chevy there. seriously double think if you’re ever going to have work done on your car. That’s why a car without a problem it’s xxxx to get it fixed. Oh and did I mention that the recall Jack for my car that sat on their lot for a month was never even ordered so I will go somewhere else to take care of that. More

I committed to purchasing a used vehicle and signed the quote agreeing to the price. Another party visited the dealership after I sent in the signed paperwork. They sold the vehicle to the party that was quote agreeing to the price. Another party visited the dealership after I sent in the signed paperwork. They sold the vehicle to the party that was at the dealership even though I signed the quote and set a time to come into purchase the vehicle. This certainly makes the stigma about car dealerships ring true. I worked with Cole and it wasn't really his issue. One of his colleagues sold the car to the other party. I'm sure Cole missed out a commission. More
