I took my truck in to have a factory remote start kit just programmed. They never gave me a written estimate or told me how much it was going to cost and then after one hour of labor they charged me $300 just programmed. When going to pickup my vehicle they hadn’t run my warranty through the system after going for consistent maintenance for almost four years. They confused my vehicle with someone else’s and tried to t warranty through the system after going for consistent maintenance for almost four years. Purchase process was easy and straightforward. Fair price no haggling, easy transaction. Had an appointment on Friday and vehicle still hadn't been looked at when I called on Monday.
