My sales experience was great, my experience with Financing was terrible. I went in to financing after signing on an agreed monthly payment and years of loan thinking I was going to make a great deal Financing was terrible. I went in to financing after signing on an agreed monthly payment and years of loan thinking I was going to make a great deal on a car I loved but nope. I was tricked, the finance guy showed me a monthly payment $20 over my original with a warranty and I thought no big deal until I got home and found out he changed my term from 54 month to 84 months. The warranty was $7000 and my loan was that much more than I thought. I was never shown the amount of my final loan, it was printed and put in a folder. I would never agreed to paying $7000 for any warranty or a loan for 84 months. When I went home and saw the paperwork and the amount of the loan I went back to the dealer the next day to be told well you signed it so you agreed to it. I was also told that my 5 day return policy was voided because a windshield protection was added which was on the warranty ( this information was not given to me by finance). I love my car and the sales people were great but I feel the finance men were not good at explaining what I was signing and not going over all the important information. I am very disappointed in my experience and I guess I have to just use this as a learning experience that some people in business and sales are shady and they are in it for the money only and not for the customer. My credit, my approval, and the dollar amount of the car should have came to no more than $21K but I ended up financing $28K and that makes me sick to my stomach. Had an oil change and tire rotation plus a full point inspection. The only problem was that it took 2 hours to do. Other than that, all was good. I do have an issue with my truck though. Almost every time I take off in the mornings when the truck is cold the truck hesitates, like the transmission is slipping. I have told them that and even let them take the truck over night and they could not duplicate the issue that I have. More
