Had the multipoint inspection along with the 45K service and let the girl now of a vibrating/revving sound I was hearing. She said it would $180 to inspect and determine what the noise was. When I picked up my car, I asked if they determined what the noise was. She said they didn’t hear anything and then said, “remember I told you they won’t drive the car to determine what the noise is?” First of all she didn’t tell me that and why would I pay $180 for them to not do a thorough job with what I’m asking them to find? Anyway, the car is still making the sound and it is very noticeable. I felt like she was trying to brush me off and rush me out. They ended up not charging me the $180 and it makes me wonder if they were thorough in the 45K service. I didn’t get a good feeling. I had a few other concerns but i didn’t want to continue to waste my time writing all that here. More
