When we arrived to the dealership Jess was already right by the door ready to assist us! She was very helpful and answered all questions we had. The whole buying process was so easy. I had used the Chevy website to “build” a car and autonation had the exact same car coming in a week or two. I arrived at my service appointment on time and waited in the waiting room. About 30 minutes later I was told that the diagnosis technician was not available so my car got oil and filter change first. Afte the waiting room.
