I made an appointment 1 week ahead of time. They had me talk to parts dept to verify they had the parts, which they said they did. After 2 hours in the shop, they called to ask if I needed a ri They had me talk to parts dept to verify they had the parts, which they said they did. After 2 hours in the shop, they called to ask if I needed a ride howe because they did not have the part and it was going to be 5 days before they could get it. They did not offer a loaner car, they just assumed I could be without vehicle for 5 days. After much insisting they did authorize a loaner car, It took 3 hours to get one. They did not start working on getting me a loaner until I was standing in front of them, 2 hours after telling me it would be 5 days. Poor communication and poor customer service. They made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them. More

They still did not do what was ro be done with Carson I've contacted the insirance commission and met with them gave them the estimate amd the appearance allowance estimate as well as a copy of the appearance allowance check. The main office lady Sue is the worst. The rudest person. I filed a report regarding her and her attitude with autonation corporate as well as the video I recorded last time I was there she's that awful. More
