Scheduled to have recall work done, but they didn't have the airbag in stock so now I have to reschedule again, to take the truck back. A little frustrating, why would they schedule to look at the recall w the airbag in stock so now I have to reschedule again, to take the truck back. Flew in from out of state. Asked that my paperwork be ready so I can fly in, pay for the truck, and hit the road. I paid cash to make things easier but that wasn’t the case. Th Asked that my paperwork be ready so I can fly in, pay for the truck, and hit the road. I paid cash to make things easier but that wasn’t the case. They made me sit around for 4 hours. I figured the experience would be quick and easy. Nope! When they were finally ready to go through the paperwork the sales manager was a total jerk. He didn’t bother to apologize or anything. He couldn’t even answer any of my questions about the title process because “you live in Oregon, I don’t know how they do it there”. Wow, I thought this was AutoNATION. I paid cash, a lot of cash. It would have been nice to get the title or a clear explanation of the process. I’ve called twice with no call back and I’m still without the title. I’m buying 30 day trip permits through the DMV which is a total pain. I’m not happy with the experience. More
So much better than I expected. No pressure, professional, and delivered everything I expected. This will be my first stop when it's time for another. No pressure, professional, and delivered everything I expected. This will be my first stop when it's time for another. More

She tried to refuse services that were covered by warranty and through company policy. Then refused to transfer the call to a manager. If we didn’t have to use the service to keep our warranty our vehicle would have went elsewhere. I will not purchase my next vehicle from here. Customer service and maintenance has been a nightmare More
I had to wait 2 hours for a oil change lube filter and tire rotation. This should not take that long. Was this because of short maintenance staff? tire rotation. This should not take that long. Was this because of short maintenance staff? More
After the second of two key fobs for our 2014 Malibu (an excellent car) broke, we had no choice but order a replacement. The fob cost us $103. I had to set an appointment to have it programmed. Cost: $193, excellent car) broke, we had no choice but order a replacement. The fob cost us $103. I had to set an appointment to have it programmed. Cost: $193, for a total of $296. I waited in the waiting area for 90 minutes for them to “program” the fob. Apparently, pushing a button on the computer is a LOT more work than I knew. So, while the Malibu is an excellent car, the fob was outrageously expensive and the service was poor. More
I bought my Chevy Trax 3 years ago and the salesman were fantastic. I’ve brought my vehicle in for every oil change and check up never a problem. 3 months ago noticed an issue driving on the freeway made an fantastic. I’ve brought my vehicle in for every oil change and check up never a problem. 3 months ago noticed an issue driving on the freeway made an appointment, came to appointment only to be rescheduled. Went to rescheduled appointment told them how and when the car acted funny cause I’m main roads was fine, basically was told nothing was wrong. Drove on freeway to Cheney and was almost run over by two big rigs cause car had no power. Got ahold of my service provider right away and got my car in, only to find out it needed extensive work. Was frustrated to learn that even though a few months prior I told them it only did it on the freeway that they did not test drive it on the freeway cause “it takes to long, and they have their own route” So needless to say this time they actually did and ended up with my car for 32 days. Yes they paid for a rental for me which I appreciated but communication is so hard for the service center. They don’t call you for updates and when you call they don’t call back. My service advisor called me after 6 on a Friday and told me I can pick up my car in the morning, when I got there the service advisor that was working was rude because he didn’t know anything about it, like it was my fault. Got my car home didn’t drive it u til that Tuesday only to notice a leak, my service advisor had already advised me he was going to be out for two weeks and gave me his manager’s number if I had any issues. I called three days in a row and never got a call back. I ended up taking it somewhere else to check the leak. Again the service department needs to do better. Communication is a problem and the one service advisor is rude. And as a manager how do you not return calls from a concerned customer. Due to the issues I’ve had with the service center I’m not sure I will ever buy from them again. You don’t pay for an extended warranty just to pay out of pocket to have it looked at somewhere else. But I needed to make sure my one and only car was ok to drive with the leak and since the manager could not take 5 minutes out of his day to return my call I went elsewhere, even thought auto nation did the work. I’m so angry and frustrated with the service department and their unprofessional response to their customers. More
