I came with my friend as she was looking for a new car. . we had the nicest guy coming to help us. his name was Andre. He was the nicest man. I have never had an experience of buying a car like that. This dealership took more than three weeks to get an appointment. I had my car towed down The day before my hair appointment and the Service riders directed the tow truck driver to Parkette on the stree appointment. I had my car towed down The day before my hair appointment and the Service riders directed the tow truck driver to Parkette on the street. The day of my appointment I heard nothing from the dealership. So that evening I called them. They told me that I did bring me in my car for the appointment And they would have to reschedule. I spoke with multiple people and everyone had a different story. Eventually they realize they did have my car….The experience continue to deteriorate from there. More
