While on a kids road trip for soccer across the state, our Suburban's transmission decided to fail. Repair consisted of ordering parts with an expected above average wait time that put us into the holiday season. Despite that, the service department worked hard for us to have the repairs completed at a short time we were back in town for family visits. I would not hesitate to go back to Auto Nation in Spokane Valley for service or sales as everyone we met via phone and in person was extremely courteous and hospitable and went out of their way to support us. I needed to get back to pick up my husband & son for our traditional family Christmas with my Sister, brother in law & nephew. We had tried to fly them in from SeaTac but flights were cancelled. With expedited shipping & great work by the Service crew I was able to drive over Snoqualmie Pass before it closed on Christmas Eve. We hit the road again early Christmas Day when the Pass re-opened and made it back in time to spend our first Christmas together after our Mom/Grandma’s passing. As she would say, Family Together - so a Big Thank You to all in Service, but it was so much more than that to my Family. More
