Had to have my car towed in (on a Monday) because it wasn't running, called them to ask if I could have it towed there and when they would have a chance to look at it, I was told early that week. I called that Tuesday evening just to see of they had had a chance to look at it yet was told no which was totally fine. Got a call Wednesday night, hoping it was something about my car but it was more why my keys were there and they had found them then asked me why my car was there. I had already called twice about the vehicle. I again explained the car would turn over but not start. Called them Saturday to see if anything yet, was told they haven't gotten any diagnostics on it yet, couldn't get it into the shop because it wasn't running and that it was probably my motor. Went in Monday (a week later) to talk to a service person and ask some questions about what they wanted to do. They wanted to run a compression test and what the price was. My husband then started asking questions, he told the guy he worked with motors just doesn't have the time to work with the car at the moment and then the guy rudely said then I don't understand what you are trying to ask me then. We decided to have the car picked up since there really hadn't been an update for a week. When I went back in to grab my keys to the vehicle, I asked the guy if I could get my keys to the vehicle so I could just meet the tow company when they got here. After I asked for them he rudely again said when I'm finished with the paperwork. Husband took time off work to look at it and had it running two days later when I couldn't even get clear answers from them for a week. Honestly have no issues with people but when they are snappy and rude that doesn't sit well with me at all. Be kind to your customers. More
We had a great experience with our salesperson. When we went back to remove the extra charges the next day we were told we had to wait 10 days to remove them, which is a lie. I subsequently went back 4 days later a spoke with a different financial advisor, he removed the charges, or said he did. The bank still hasn't recieved payments from the dealership after 4 weeks and after calling multiple times I have not been able to get ahold of anybody. I wrote another review on Google and was given the number to the "General Manager" which was just the business number and my issues are still not resolved. This is unacceptable customer service. More
