I was approved for the car I wanted on a Tuesday but was told it wouldn't be ready for 1-2 days. I told the sales guy I had a gig that weekend (I am a traveling musician) and he assured me that wouldn't be told it wouldn't be ready for 1-2 days. Thursday I checked in, no response. Friday I checked in, no response. I finally called the manager since it had been 48 hours, no response. I called a FOURTH TIME and finally talked to the finance gal who asked why I hadn't come in to get my car... So I explained all of the above to her. She was suppose to call me back and **never did** then claimed it was because she had a different number on file, which isn't true. I've had the same number for almost two decades. SO - I called her a second time and that's when I was FINALLY brought back in to look at the van and it was in awful condition! Stains all over the inside, ripped seats, deep scratches on the outside that were obviously from a minor accident. I was in shock at how much they wanted and told them I would not be buying a 22,000 vehicle in that condition. I was offered a Jeep Grand Cherokee Diesel instead. I asked SEVERAL TIMES what other vehicles qualified on their SEVEN LOTS and apparently, there weren't any that would fit my needs, even though the exact reason I picked this lot was there large inventory. I ended up going with the jeep because I was desperate for a running car at that point and had another paid gig coming up. When I turned the AC on for the first time - that following Friday - the engine felt weak so I called to bring it in and have it looked at. Once again, no call back the first or second time I reached out, so I didn't go to my gig for fear that something was wrong with the jeep. It took me three days of calling to finally reach their shop manager and get an appointment, only for them to tell me that they couldn't find the issue. I drove off the lot and IMMEDIATELY felt the issue but was so defeated by the horrible treatment I just gave up. I missed another gig because of all the back and forth and now I get to stress every time the AC is on that something is wrong. At the end of the day I am out $500 for two paid gigs that I missed - due to no fault of my own - and I have a 20K car with an AC issue. I will never use this lot again!! They didn't give a crap about me from start to finish. The apology I received was forced and fake. I have a $500 payment in less than two weeks and I've lost that exact amount in income, which is going to make things extremely difficult for me this month. The worst part is that I openly shared with them that I had anxiety car shopping and that I wanted to be treated well, even though I wasn't their ideal customer since I am a single mom with limited income. I expressed my frustration with being treated subpar, and then they treated me subpar anyways!! I get upset every time I think about how they NEVER called me back in all of those interactions over the course of two weeks - except when their shop manager reached out to schedule a diagnostic. I am appalled at the sheer amount of times they dropped the ball. We're talking six phone calls to different people on different days with NO CALL BACK. I was also told on two different occasions that the person I was leaving a message for **only had two hands and were doing the best they could** as if I was asking for them to do something outside of the job they were being paid to perform! As if I wasn't a PAYING CUSTOMER JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. Never again!! I highly recommend avoiding this place if you want to be treated well, especially if you don't have 20K down and an 800 credit score. Go somewhere where you will be treated like a customer, regardless. These people do not care about you. More

My son and I came into AutoNation Chevrolet looking for a Colorado Truck. We were met by Tyler who quickly produced two trucks for him to test drive. He eventually purchased this truck with no hassle or pressure. I was very impressed with the professionalism and outstanding courtesy extended. I also was sidetracked by a New Chevy Tahoe and became overwhelmed putting down a deposit for the vehicle. Unfortunately as hard as Tyler and Robert tried we could not reach a deal. I truly appreciate the time and effort these two individuals put in to try and seal the deal. In the future when I am in the market for a vehicle I will return to AutoNation Chevrolet. More
