We have bought several cars over the years and never had this horrible of an experience. We had been praying for and looking at surburbans for a year to replace our current surburban. We found the one in this horrible of an experience. We had been praying for and looking at surburbans for a year to replace our current surburban. We found the one in Washington totally out of the blue. It wasn't even in our search. My husband usually doesn't stay on and pester people, but we really felt this surburban was one God wanted us to pursue. My husband called them and the sales manager wouldn't call us back. It wasn't until we had a fellow missionary who lived in Washington look at it that they would finally act like they would sell us the vehicle. It was a horrible process. 2 other out of state individuals had tried to buy it we were told but quit and we know why. My husband offered to drive to an auto nation 2 and a half hours away from our home to sign paperwork. They said we could do that but that the auto nation probably wouldn't do paperwork correct and encouraged us to use their special notary for an extra $400 to do paperwork. We agreed to this because we wanted to end this buying process. The dealership kept insisting that we needed to sign paperwork at our home so they could verify our address. I had a migraine for a week and my house was a train wreck, so the last thing I wanted was people at my house. They finally agreed begrudgingly, but they still wanted verification of our address. Why doesn't Washington accept our real ID that our state already verified our address. We usually buy out of state and have never had this happen. Then instead of sending the paperwork to us directly they sent it to our dmv. We have never had this happen before, which scared me because customer service isn't very good typically and my biggest fear is the paperwork would get lost. Thankfully it didn't. We are very thankful for the surburban. It seems to run well. Right now its at our personal mechanics getting brakes looked at and having a general inspection. Next it will go to transmission mechanic to have that inspected. Just hope we never have to purchase another vehicle from auto nation in Washington. More

The service itself was a 5-star. David, though, frequently makes it a punishing experience, telling me I did it wrong. He has told me to call him directly to make appointments because the website is ineffective. I did this time, got no answer, left a message, gave up and made an appointment on-line. I arrived and he indicated the appointment was for the Impala I traded in to AutoNation for my truck. My on-line appointment was for the truck. He said his assistant called me but I didn't call back (call went to my call filter, I guess??). When my truck service was done, he notified me and said it was "for the right vehicle." I am not a stupid person, and I don't appreciate the sarcasm. I did not make AutoNation's decision to use the website for scheduling. AlI I can say is that coming in there is going to be a punishing experience, and I have another appointment coming up which I'm dreading...this has happened to me several time. More

I was quickly checked in. I was asked if I would loke to wait or they could shuttle me home. I always wait and enjoy a little downtime & get some visiting in.
