Online schedule system is a mess. I called and explained my problem. I was given a appointment time of 3 pm. Despite having an appointment, a simple battery replacement took over two hours to complete. After waiting 90 minutes without any updates, I had to approach the service representative myself to inq replacement took over two hours to complete. She checked with the shop and informed me that the battery they had installed was defective and needed to be replaced with one from the warehouse—an understandable issue. However, what was disappointing was the complete lack of proactive communication. I shouldn’t have had to ask what was happening. As my first experience with AutoNation, this left a poor impression, and I will not be returning. More
