Made an appointment for a transmission issue. Arrived at the dealer service department and was told I did not have an appointment. I would have preferred to have been notified before taking time out of my day to drive to the dealership. Was asked if I would like to reschedule. No thank you I have been to your service department twice whith out my car being looked at. Will not be back. More

I feel harassed by this and don't think we should be approved without first having everything addressed/ Also the folks doing the selling have me believing that my husband could co-sign even though I reported he has no drivers license or real income.
