The dealer service was terrible no service was given, even though I had made an appointment. There excuse they game me was that they were behind on car services, the manager was called and advised of my even though I had made an appointment. 1st time for a review for me. John Bumgardner was my service rep and took care of some problems done under the warranty for my Tahoe.
