They did a great job on a high price repair, also saw that that the evaporator was corroded and because of the work they had to do, take the windshield off, and repair from the front, she took it in her own hands to have that repaired too and was able to give me some discounts as to where my OTD price was not affected!! I have no complaints about my service advisor, he was fine. The only reason I don't give this 5 stars is the amount of time it took to get an oil change and battery. I was there for 2 1/2 hours. Most oil changes can be done in an hour pr less at most locations outside of a dealership; but since it was included with my purchase of a new vehicle why go somewhere else? More

I was looking for a new GM dealer to service my GM vehicles while I was in Florida. I went to Crown GMC, twice, to have the oil changed and tires rotated on my 2018 GMC Seirra pick up. Both times th vehicles while I was in Florida. I went to Crown GMC, twice, to have the oil changed and tires rotated on my 2018 GMC Seirra pick up. Both times they shorted me two quarts of oil. I searched online and found AutoNation Chevrolet. I thought I would give them a shot!! My 2019 Camero had a check engine light on. I arrived and met Michaelangelo Mazza. He was very helpful. I made my appointment online for 8:00 AM. He explained to me that the service techs for drivability issues didn't start until 8:45. He obtained my info, showed me where the customer waiting area was with refreshments. They got my car in right at 8:45. The tech took a look and diagnosed the issue. Michaelangelo found me and explained the issues and my options. The car was barely out of warranty. I explained to him that I had an extended warranty. He got the info out of my car and called the company. He applied the insurance benefit. All I had to pay for was the deductible, plus the other non-covered items I asked to be taken care of. I will definitely be back to have them service my vehicles. More
