My service representative, Mike Campbell, is awesome. Always friendly and greets me promptly. Keeps me informed on the status of service being provided as well as on any changes and pricing. I called after my battery went dead. It was a Wednesday at 1:30pm when I touched base with Mike Angelo,and asked me to come in once I jumped started the vehicle. I got here at around 2:3 It was a Wednesday at 1:30pm when I touched base with Mike Angelo,and asked me to come in once I jumped started the vehicle. I got here at around 2:30pm,and he was busy,but allowed me to mention I was the gentleman with battery issues. He got the ball rolling to get this fixed,and at the same time I mentioned I had an appt set up for this coming Saturday to do warranty oil change and tire rotation,so we did it all today while here. The technician finished by 4pm roughly. I asked a couple of questions about costs for brake pads when I get time,and then left,fully satisfied with work performed. I still remember a time when you did come in for any service, that dealerships would as a customer satisfaction opportunity,they would vaccum and wipe down your vehicle so as to make sure everything was clean inside your vehicle. I wish they still did this. Courtesy is courtesy, and in a time when it seems customer service is something of the past, it would allow your service team to stand out above the rest. I thank you for what you did by taking me quickly and getting work done quickly though. Mike and everyone here were very pleasant,and efficient,so all in all,it was a good experience. More
Good service, fun people. I learned of an inside joke they had going while handing over my keys, tried playing into it and they accepted the joke and me along with it. Sheila was GREAT! After a miscommunication with a different advisor, Sheila treated me with great professionalism and respect. They did a great job on a high price rep After a miscommunication with a different advisor, Sheila treated me with great professionalism and respect. They did a great job on a high price repair, also saw that that the evaporator was corroded and because of the work they had to do, take the windshield off, and repair from the front, she took it in her own hands to have that repaired too and was able to give me some discounts as to where my OTD price was not affected!! Kudos to Sheila, John B, and Auto Nation for a phenomenal experience! 5 STARS. More
