My first experience in service wasn't the greatest so I was leary of this visit. However, I had Sheila, who I believe is the supervisor and she is awesome. Overall I am very pleased with the service I receive from this dealer. There have been a few times when my CSR has dropped the ball and lessened the quality of service but most times the situation has been r this dealer.
