My first experience in service wasn't the greatest so I was leary of this visit. However, I had Sheila, who I believe is the supervisor and she is awesome. I am still waiting on a few push pins that the car is missing and I guess I'll have to try to get them when I'm there again since the parts couldn't be ordered and may or may not be in another technicians tool area. Kind of weird especially since one of them was lost when they performed service the first time. More

Overall I am very pleased with the service I receive from this dealer. There have been a few times when my CSR has dropped the ball and lessened the quality of service but most times the situation has been r this dealer.
