Our Traverse was not shifting into park properly. I called our usual dealership to get it repaired. Because my husband is sick and we only have one car we need a loaner vehicle. Nothing else. I decided to call Autonation Chevrolet to see if they could do it for me. I talked to John at Autonation. He also told me that Chevrolet doesn’t do loaners anymore but he could put me in an Enterprise rental for $40 per day. To me that was a perfect solution. Our car would be fixed and Autonation would arrange the rental. They even arranged a gratis ride from Lyft to the rental agency. We got a call the next afternoon telling me the cost of the repairs and other things the technician found and the cost including the rental. This was exactly what I needed. I was totally pleased with my service and I felt someone cared for me and my situation. I picked up the car the next day, dropping the rental at Autonation, paid my bill and was finished. One stop solved it all. Car has been great since then. Wonderful repair service and John gave me wonderful customer service. Thanks so much! More

It’s been diagnosed by 3 shops here in town. All said I need a new transmission. All said I needed to replace it all as the torque converter is part of the transmission. “Can not be ordered by itself “ The Gm, mech and mech manager ALL confirmed I needed a $6000 transmission. “10 week wait. Or buy a truck from us.” They held my truck for 7 days knowing I needed it for work. My inspection was never ordered. I lost $3000 in work. They literally never touched my truck 😡😡😡 I lost my My best client. They bold faced lied to me. Everyone at Maher and here !!! After the pathetic $6000 profit offer they made me which was a joke of an offer, they made me walk 100 yards to my truck with a torn calf instead of getting it for me. With a hand full of heavy tools. Really ??? You can’t get my truck after you screwed and insulted me? Not here folks. ✔️. You’re not valued if you don’t buy. This place is your typical slime ball, dirt bag dealership. xxxx. I don’t know how anyone that works there sleeps at night knowing they are ripping off blue collar America during a recession. Well. When I’m done with them. EVERYONE will know how trash these dealerships are. I won’t sleep until everyone knows. I got my truck fixed in 3 days and for 1/4 of the price and BOUGHT THE TORQUE CONVERTER BY ITSELF!!!!!! Maher and AutoNation told me 10 weeks!!!!!!!!! MASSIVE SCAM USED BY BOTH DEALERSHIPS !!!!!!! Coincidence ? ? I think not. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. I CHALLENGE ANYONE AT THESE xxxxxxx DEALERSHIPS TO RESPOND AND DENY ANY OF THIS. Right here on this thread. I’m currently waiting to hear from the area manager to discuss his two crooked GMs and shop managers. And have one employee for threatening my company and another for employee for bold facing lying to me for a week and costing me 2-3k on business. I won’t stop these reviews until I hear From the big boss. It’s our right as consumers to stand up to scams and trash companies like this. And I’m taking this one to the top. Bay 9 news is next. I had an appt at 3:30 for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would be about an hour or so. 5pm a gentleman took payment for services and said he was leaving but my car was about done rotation. I ask if it’s been finished, state I’ve paid and simply need my keys. 15 minutes later they are finally given to me. The one gentleman now at the desk had no idea I had paid and had a small stack of keys on his desk He was clearly overwhelmed. More

****** 6 STARS - Mike Campbell took great care of me and my unique service situation. Wayne was an excellent shuttle driver, very accommodating to my schedule and transportation needs. Having my work vehicle serviced is always a challenge, since it is my portable office/tool shed/parts depot. Mike can usually get oil changes completed while I wait. This service presented challenges which Mike and Wayne addressed as a team in a timely and effective manner with minimal impact on my workday. Thank you guys! More
