I drive an additional 40 minutes to have my vehicle serviced at this dealer. That should tell you something! From my first time they have been extremely helpful, reliable, professional and trustwort serviced at this dealer. That should tell you something! They listen to my concerns and act on them and they also return my calls and they keep me informed throughout the process. I have another Chevy dealer that is only 15 minutes away from me, but I refuse to take my vehicle there due to their very poor customer service. I cannot say enough about Michaelangelo Mazza. Jeremy and the entire Service staff took very good care of me and my truck. It was a big job and they handle it in a very professional manner. They left nothing to chance even had her washed & detailed bef of me and my truck. It was a big job and they handle it in a very professional manner. The people were very nice to work with but my car went almost a month without completing the service. They started and then didn't complete. I began calling other service departments to have my car towed almost a month without completing the service. They started and then didn't complete. I began calling other service departments to have my car towed elsewhere at one point. I had to work out two rentals and one loaner car during that time. I had call at least 25 times over the weeks and then in the 4th week I asked for someone higher up before the car was put on the line to get done. I am not sure if it was lack of technicians or poorly run business but it was pretty frustrating. More
