Stay away. We went in to have a thermostat replaced. Industry standard is about $700.00. They charged us almost $1600.00. Called the service manager. Final word was we don’t charge by the hour. It was a flat rate set by Autonation and they had to follow it. Far from the truth. Just stay away and do not use this dealership. You will get ripped off. Thanks God I was able to show a little coupon 15/%…so that help a little. -Well sad to tell you but here is one less customer knocking to be serve at your location.. I must go on and look around for better pricing next time in need. There are many dealers desperate to make as much $ at one time from a consumer rather than be helpful with their prices. That goes for the pricing on your (used) vehicles as well as service. “Please save me the time to tell me that my car is high end” !!!!….Perhaps the future will tell. -By the way it’s very hard to give your service advisor (5) out of (5) when he or she can’t do anything about the rules regulations, pricing etc,,,,they only obey the commands and go from there. The personal were very nice. I have had oil changes done there before and I find it easy to make an appointment and drop off the car. They sent mine back after i was told it was ready at 11:30a and did not leave until 1:15p. My inside windows were not cleaned well nor was the vacuum of the back done well. The outside of the car looked great otherwise. More
