Made an appointment for Friday 8am and took the vehicle in on Thursday afternoon to have it there first thing in the morning. By 10:30 am I had not heard anything so I called and was told that was to just in on Thursday afternoon to have it there first thing in the morning. By 10:30 am I had not heard anything so I called and was told that was to just get in line. I was not told this at the time of making appointment otherwise I would not have brought it there. I called back late afternoon and was told they couldn’t figure out why my brake lights weren’t working. Called again Saturday to check status of situation and to see if it was going to be fixed today as that’s my only car. Received call Saturday after 4 pm and said it would be ready by 5pm for pick up. I received VM from Sheila stating that the tech replaced light bulbs, fuse and fixed wiring going to the tail lamp. Sheila then states that she is going to discount the diagnostic fee. What? I was told that the diagnostic fee of $199 would be waived if I got the vehicle fixed there. That’s what I was told when I made the appointment. So it took two days to change a lightbulb and fuse and repair some wire. My neighbor that brought me there to pick up vehicle followed me home and then told me that the light on the passenger side only lit up 1/4 the way around. Brought back the vehicle 1st thing Monday morning. Had all intentions of staying until it was done but could see it was a busy Monday morning. Then was offered a Lyft ride that also was quite the experience when the female driver wasn’t having a good morning either. Then she apologized for not being more talkative and then told me that her boyfriend Baker Acted. I asked what that was because I have never heard of that. And she said that he got sent to the psych ward and she’s upset because she cannot find any information. So I now become really uncomfortable and said I hope he gets the help he needs. So now I have neighbor bring me back to pick up my car again. Bryce handed me my paperwork and then he proceeded to go get my car. I’m looking at the paperwork and stood there in disbelief at it says… Customer states that she’s back because the rear tail light isn’t working the way she wanted it to. How about that I’m back because it’s not working the way it’s supposed to. Then was truly disappointed that nobody said I’m sorry for your inconvenience of having to bring it back. We googled where we could take our vehicle and choose AutoNation because it was closest to us but I’m willing to travel farther for better service. Dissatisfied customer. More
The people are always pleasant and helpful. If they are going to take a long time for the repair, they will give you a ride home and then back once the repairs are complete. Sorry I can not think of my service reps name but he was very thoughtful. I took my car in for battery warranty and asked him to have body shop look and some scathes on my passenger side front wheel fender. very thoughtful. I took my car in for battery warranty and asked him to have body shop look and some scathes on my passenger side front wheel fender. When I picked up my car the battery was changed (no charge) and he said that body shop was very busy but he took a clay bar to the fender and almost all the scathes were gone. Very happy! More
