Dropped off car at 7am for oil change. No communication for 9 hours except a mystery text/photo. I had no idea what it meant. I replied and received no response. Finally I called at 4:30pm No communication for 9 hours except a mystery text/photo. I had no idea what it meant. I replied and received no response. Finally I called at 4:30pm to see if my car was ready. It was. $107 for an oil change? I wasn't expecting that. I got into my car with seat covered in ripped plastic and paper mat still on floor. I have always gone here for my oil changes but I'm not sure I will again. More

I made an appointment at my convenience easily with their scheduler, was able to leave my car earlier than scheduled for my convenience, and and my car was fixed earlier than expected. Michaelangelo Mazza was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. He took care of everything and made sure I had rides to and from dealership and my home while service was being done. I took my vehicle in at appointment time for a recall repair. I was assigned to Angelo in the service department and he was very professional, informative and kind. I was then driven home by a very court repair. I was assigned to Angelo in the service department and he was very professional, informative and kind.
