I purchased a vehicle and was very happy about it and loved it had all the technology that I wanted in it, only thing it was missing was the sunroof which I was fine with, the screen that the radio plays loved it had all the technology that I wanted in it, only thing it was missing was the sunroof which I was fine with, the screen that the radio plays on was flickering so I brought it in the next day and they told me that I would have to wait 3 days, no rental car or loaner available for me which I was disappointed about. Then they finally called me not the service department but the sales person I was working with nd they told me that the parts that they need to order was on back order for 2 to who know how many weeks or months, so they offered to put me in a similar car, without the technology package that I Loved, had to choose which car a white one or a blue one. Asked them to see a totally different car and they wouldn't let me see it. which I was not happy about, I was seeing if there was a car that I many like another car then the equinox but they wouldn't let me see any of the other cars, so I was stuck with the equinox, did not get out of the dealership till almost 9pm for the second night. Could have given me a deal for all the hassle that I have had to go through especially having my kids with me the entire time, More
I had a very disheartening experience here. I went in to purchase a van and was told I was approved. (MY CREDIT WAS VERY GOOD) After signing paperwork and leaving with the vehicle, I was called I went in to purchase a van and was told I was approved. (MY CREDIT WAS VERY GOOD) After signing paperwork and leaving with the vehicle, I was called back multiple times to re-sign different documents. My credit was run again without my permission, and I later found out my income was reported incorrectly — much higher than I ever stated. I was clear that I wanted the van to convert into an RV, and was told it was a good fit. After taking it home, I found out it couldn’t be used that way due to the electric system. When I brought this up, I was told I should’ve done more research — even though I asked about it beforehand. In the end, they never finalized the financing, but still paid off my old car — leaving me with no vehicle and now saying I owe over $12,000 for Reconditioning my car to sell, a ding on the window and the remaining balance they paid off on my car. I’m sharing this to help others be cautious and ask lots of questions. Make sure everything is finalized before driving off the lot.
