On March 7th I brought my car in for an oil change at Auto Nation Chevy Pembroke Pines.My appointment was for 7:40  AM. It is now 10:04 AM and my car is still not done. If an appointment  is so important and a customer is here on time then why do we have to wait over nearly 3 hours. For those customers out there you need to purchase  a filter from the dealer(warranty reasons) then go elsewhere to change your oil.It will be quicker and cheaper and you can go about your day. This is my 2nd oil change here and the last visit was the same situation.This will be my last oil change here. More
