After having my truck for 4 hours and called me to tell me it was ready (oil change and tire rotation), I get a call back saying that they serviced another truck instead of mine (because they were the same me it was ready (oil change and tire rotation), I get a call back saying that they serviced another truck instead of mine (because they were the same color). Need to say more???? More

Took my truck in for service after purchase and the service department was slow and did not effectively communicate the issues with the truck. It took over 30 days to repair the car and after I picked service department was slow and did not effectively communicate the issues with the truck. It took over 30 days to repair the car and after I picked it up two days later I had to bring it back for the same issue. Service department does not return phone calls and did not complete repairs properly .Very disappointed with the service and lack of communication. More
