Hands down the worst service dept EVER! !!!!! They scheduled an appointment with me for 11am. I arrived at 1030. I asked for a transmission flush. A gentelmen took my keys, and then an hour !!!!! They scheduled an appointment with me for 11am. I arrived at 1030. I asked for a transmission flush. A gentelmen took my keys, and then an hour later came out and told me they did not have enough time to do the job that day. I no mechanic, but I would think you would know this when you schedule with someone, and they take the day off work to be avaliable to have work done with you. When I told the employee that I took the day off he said with a grin let me see what we can do. So 45 minutes later he told me that they could do the job. I thought you did not have enough time. They he proceeded to tell me that they test drove my car, and it actually needed 1500.00 worth of repairs. I found this funny because the time they said they test drove my car I could see it the whole time. It did not move!!!! xxx...... The ironic thing is that I had already gone to my own mechanic who was to busy to do the work. He told me they might try to sell me on a job I did not need. I told mr smerk what my mechanic said, and he told me my car that only has 41k miles definitely needed this work. When I asked for for keys back he took another 50 minutes to get me my keys. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! More
Shiv was amazing, but I’m disappointed with the quality of the work done by the service techs. I had to take my truck right back (I got stranded on my way home). Apparently when replacing the motor mounts, of the work done by the service techs. I had to take my truck right back (I got stranded on my way home). Apparently when replacing the motor mounts, they failed to connect the wire to the alternator properly. Now, I’m having problems with the ac (acting funny) and I’m suspecting it’s also related to the poor technical work. More

I became a Chevrolet customer in 2020 after purchasing my first american vehicle. I have driven Lexus and Mercedes for more than 20 years and service have been impeccable at those dealerships. I wanted a strong SUV for work so I purchased the 2021 Tahoe LT. My first service experience with one of the guys there was not good. For my 2nd service, I was fortunate enough to get a lady name Yudi. Thank to Yudi for having good communication skills, always following up and being true professional. More
I think it is a shame that dealship charges $168 diagnostic after doing a $800 job on your car. I could understand If you did not ha e repairs done and then the $168 could be justified.
