HUGE LETDOWN! !! This dealership has been very good to me in the past years! However, this last visit was very disappointing!!! I was charged for a tire rotati !! I made a call to the dealership about the situation and got a voicemail from the dealership saying "we will reverse the charges" Its been TEN MONTHS since that call from Danny and still NO REFUND!! Oh I've called back a few times and left an email. NOTHING!!! HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT !!! They will NEVER get my money again!!! More

I went in for an oil change. The oil change was done within 2 hours. However the person who did the courtesy cleaning should not be working there.I understand that it's not a full The oil change was done within 2 hours. I had to take my car to a car wash to have it detailed. The dirty towel left streaks all over the car . My car actually looked better before they got to it.I know that the dealer will not do anything to compensate my time and re-cleaning my car I'm writing this to warn everyone else. More
