I am disappointed with this dealership. My service attendant was polite, professional and accommodating, but i was appalled with the policies of the dealership. I own a Chevy Volt where My service attendant was polite, professional and accommodating, but i was appalled with the policies of the dealership. I own a Chevy Volt where I need a replacement for the charging cord. The dealership was looking to charge me almost double what the part sells for on the internet and even $200 more than what Chevy themselves sells the cord for on their own official Chevy website. When I brought that to the attention of my service representative, it really didn't matter. Additionally, I sought an oil change where the price quoted was approximately 50% higher than what was being advertised on the dealership's own website!. I can only conclude that the dealership epitomizes the concept of not only not being competitive with market prices but also doesn't care if there is a price fluctuation between what they quote...versus what they advertise. I'm offended and will take my business to a place with more fair business practices. The less sophisticated can easily be taken advantage of here. More
Duane was awesome. I waited for my vehicle and the facilities were awesome. I am not from here but I would recommend this dealership. I waited for my vehicle and the facilities were awesome. I am not from here but I would recommend this dealership. More
Took my truck for oil change/maintenance, mentioned that engine starter was having issues. I was told that had to make another appointment to take a look at that issue. Five days after oil change, truck sta engine starter was having issues. I was told that had to make another appointment to take a look at that issue. Five days after oil change, truck started to shake (almost stalling) and the oil gage was moving up and down as the truck was accelerated. Took the truck back to dealer to be checked, was told that fuel injectors had to be changed. Estimate given was approved and paid for, and the truck still has the same problem that had from the beginning - engine starter having issues, truck struggles to start when turned on. Called the service tech in charge of previous service to inform of problem still present, and he told me that this is normal in some trucks. I find very hard to believe this is true. Also when the truck was getting serviced, I was told that it was going to take a few days for repair and I could get a rental car while the truck was getting repaired. I was told to go there before 5 pm because the car rental office was closing at 5 pm. I had to ask someone to give me a ride to the dealer. When I get to the dealer to get the rental, the service employee who told me to get there before 5pm told me, as I told him I was there for the rental, that my truck's repair was going to be finished the same day and I didn't need a rental anymore - a complete waist of valuable time. Very poor communication and very careless about customer's inconveniences. More
