I am pleased with the work done , but not pleased with the policy charged for the battery .specially , since i purchased this certified car and platinum plan there on 02 18 21 ( it received unfortuna the policy charged for the battery .specially , since i purchased this certified car and platinum plan there on 02 18 21 ( it received unfortunately front end damage while in transfer from dealerships ,all damage where repaired before I accepted the car ) (I was not given a report of that repair ,but it was front end damage to passenger tire and rim bumper displacement ,passenger front light replaced and cracked battery all this is confirmed by the fact that following service reports state missing battery strap ,that I requested .you should have a discount or some consideration ,I really do not see as fair business being chaired for the battery . I would really appreciate and answer More
